All Exablaze products come with a one year hardware and software warranty and a full year of unlimited support. We'll fix or replace any defective device. We'll replace any component that fails, including power supplies and fans. We stock replacement parts and devices in key markets and provide same day replacements with service level agreements where required.

As for support, our aim is to respond as quickly as possible to resolve any issues you come across. The starting point is our hardware support team based in Sydney. For clients who prefer support in languages other than English, we're working on having that in place soon as well. Our highly regarded distribution partners in markets such as Japan, Korea and Hong Kong will soon be able to provide level one and two support in your native tongue.
